Library shelvesThe FPWA Sexual Health Services' Library has extensive resources on topics such as men and women’s health, puberty, sex education, contraception, sexually transmissible infections (STIs), sexual abuse, gender issues, sexual orientation, relationships, personal growth, and much more.

There are books for loan at a variety of levels from popular works to academic texts; a range of local, national and international journals; videos and teaching kits available for hire at reasonable rates; and books and teaching materials for sale.

If you would like information on a particular topic posted out, you can email your query. Be as specific as you can about your requirements and don’t forget to include your postal address. If you prefer, the library staff can email a list of the resources that the library holds on a certain topic, or suggest reputable web sites with information that will answer your enquiry.

There is a photocopier available (15c a copy for A4, 30c for A3), and the library offers free internet access.
